Delete Data
Learn how to remove your data or submit a deletion request.
Current Local Data Policy
By default, ScrollLift is a local-first application. We do not require account creation, email signups, or cloud sync to use the app. All of your streak metrics, exercise configurations, block limits, and settings are stored locally on your device in secure sandbox storage.
Because we do not store this data on our servers, we cannot access, view, or delete it for you.
How to Clear or Delete Your Data
You can completely erase your data by taking either of the following steps:
- App Reset:Open the ScrollLift app, navigate to Settings, and tap "Reset Settings & Data" to clear your database.
- Uninstall the App: Delete the ScrollLift app from your iPhone. iOS automatically purges all sandbox data associated with the application.
Billing & Purchase Logs
If you purchased a subscription or upgrade, transactions are processed and saved securely by Apple. Subscription verification records are also synced with RevenueCat.
Please note that we cannot delete Apple App Store transaction history or refund records, as these are required for billing compliance, financial bookkeeping, and licensing verification.
Future Cloud Integration & Support requests
If we support cloud accounts or data synchronization services in the future, deletion portals will be made available inside the app. For any further questions or to submit a specific data deletion inquiry, please email us at:
